Cross Country 2020

Today, after one postponement due to lockdown #2, our annual school cross country took place. at Pt England School. Students and teachers dressed up in their house colours - Red (Te Aurere), Blue (Hinemoana), Green (Hokulea), and Yellow (Hikianalia). For the first time we were out on the field - we got to see all the race starts and cheer each other on - great weather and Mr Jacobsen as our DJ set the scene for a fun day!

Yr 8 Girls:        1st Marika (Rm 4), 2nd. Tha Zin (Rm 4), 3rd Nahea (Rm 1), 4th Alison (Rm 11), 5th Toni (Rm 1)
Yr 8 Boys:        1st Devontae (Rm 3) 2nd Kohatu (Rm 4), 3rd Jacob (Rm 4), 4th Hunter (Rm 5), 5th Sione T (Rm 5)
Yr 7 Girls:        1st Madi (Rm 4), 2nd Hannah (Rm 3), 3rd Taliyah (Rm 3), 4th Sauma (Rm 4), 5th Nina (Rm 2)
Yr 7 Boys:        1st Caleb (Rm 5), 2nd Siosiua (Rm 11), 3rd Lee (Rm 4), 4th Kauri (Rm 2), 5th Rae Jae (Rm 2)

Well done to Nina, Kauri and Rae Jae for being in the TOP FIVE from our Room 2 whanau!

    Thanks for commenting about out Cross Country day - the first date got postponed because of COVID so everyone was excited to finally have this awesome sunny day together!
